Template Approval
Prepare approved WhatsApp templates before sending bulk campaigns.
WhatsApp campaigns must use approved templates. Clients share the message content they want to activate, and the template review process can take up to 6 hours.
Before sending
- Prepare the message text clearly.
- Use placeholders only where personalization is needed.
- Avoid misleading claims, unsupported offers, or content that recipients did not request.
- After approval, choose the template name from the client portal and send based on coin balance.
